Organic crêpes (French pancakes) baking kit – Marlette

Description

Preparation time : 4 min, resting time : 30 min, cooking time: 15 min

Makes: 15 crêpes

Ingredients to be added: 80g butter, ½ litre milk, 3 eggs

Composition: T80 wheat flour *, spelt flour*, blond cane sugar *, Ré Island salt.

* From organic agriculture.

Please note that these baking kits have been produced in a factory that uses nuts and sesame.

Tips:

• Naturally delicious…but equally as good with a salted butter caramel topping…

Instruction of use:

1. Pour the contents of the baking mix into a large bowl.
2. Add the melted butter, milk and eggs and mix with a whisk to combine.
3. Set aside for 30 minutes.
4. In a frying pan, cook the crêpes on both sides until golden brown. Bon appétit!
